La Bella Donna Bachelor Makeup Winners and Losers
I just finished watching the third episode of season 16 and as much as I love the drama, my favorite part is analyzing their makeup and hair every week! Some do a great job while others make me want to pause the Tevo and give them a full makeover. Here's how to avoid their mistakes and copy their secrets with La Bella Donna series of Skincare Products!
La Bella Donna Bachelor Makeup
Eylse is looking a little Jerseylicious. The 2000 frosted lips combined with the overtanned skin is not working. I understand wanting to be a lovely golden brown but you need to know your limit! There is such a thing as too tan! I reccommend sticking with a shade that is close to your natural skin tone. Don't fake tan beyond what the sun would do naturally. Trust me, you were made that way for a reason. Your hair and other features should blend and work together, not against each other!
Jennifer is my favorite ginger! I love a good redhead and she wears it well! Her key to success is knowing the colors that work on her for clothes and makeup and sticking with them! The green top compliments her hair and nude lipstick perfectly. Find your perfect match with La Bella Donna Mineral Light Lipstick($24.50).
Holly came across like a genuinely nice girl on the show. However, I would love to see her in less makeup overall. It's the first thing you notice when you look at her. Makeup should compliment, not steal the show. She's a beautiful girl and I would love to see her in a tinted moisturizer like Image Skincare's. It gives a natural glow without looking fake or the dreaded cakey.
Kacie is my all time favorite of the season! And not just because of her great personality. Her hair and makeup look young, natural, and fresh! Notice how she plays up her beautiful eyes with subtle purples, golds, and soft browns. Re-create the look with MiraBella Rose Gold Collection($35). It has everything you need to get your rose;)
Lindzi has two things I would love to fix. One, her hair needs to be pulled out of her freaking eyes! I'm dying to bobby pin them back so you can see her face! Secondly, her bottom eyeliner is way to harsh for her eye shape. You always have to take into consideration your face when choosing a method. Here's what you need to know to find your perfect look. I would do a slight cateye on Lindzi with nothing on the bottom in a liquid liner in mocha from Glo Minerals Liquid Eye Liner ($16.50)
Casey looks picture perfect every week..too bad she gets no airtime. Why won't Ben give her a one-on-one date, already? Her young, sexy look is created with cheek highlighter and long beautiful lashes. Sweep La Bella Donna Candlelight Creme Colour ($68) in a "C" formation staring at the top of your outer eyebrow and ending in the middle of your cheek bone. Apply blush to the apples of your cheeks. Next, use Divaderme Lash Extender ($22.99) to get the false lash look without the mess of glue.
So there you have it! Now you know what I'm thinking about every Monday night;) As you may have noticed, most of my favs happen to be nice women. Just goes to show, true beauty always shines through! (To me anyway, maybe not to Ben..here's hoping!)
