The Best Ways to Take Your Day Spa Services Home With You

Have you ever walked out of a treatment wishing you could bring that fabulous beauty equipment home with you? After all, that would save you a trip and some money, right? Thankfully, we live in a time where technology is blooming and many of our go-to treatments are now available in an FDA-approved take home device! Today I want to share some of my favorite devices that will deliver appointment-worthy results in the comfort of your own home. Are you ready to be your own in-home beauty technician? Laser Hair Removal – the laser hair removal trend has grown over the past few years. But lets face it, those appointments are pricey, and you need to purchase large packages in order to see significant long-lasting results. Newer products like the Tria Hair Removal Laser and the Mē Smooth have completely revolutionized hair removal – and quite frankly have made doctors visits for laser hair removal obsolete. Both of these devices are meant for easy, in-home use for the permanent removal of unwanted facial and body hair. I have tested these two systems side-by-side and have loved the results of both!

Anti-Aging Treatments – two at-home anti-aging treatments that have really delighted me are the NuFACE Trinity + Trinity Wrinkle Reducer Kit and the Tanda Luxe Kit. The NuFace Trinity Kit comes with two interchangeable heads, one for microcurrent facial stimulation, and another for red LED Treatment. Similarly, the Tanda Luxe Kit comes with red light head that also helps to treat the signs of aging .

Anti-Acne Treatments – next to aging, acne is one of the biggest skincare concerns I head about. Tanda makes a few fabulous options for effectively treating acne, fast. One option is to buy the Tanda Luxe Kit , and also purchase the Tanda Clear+ Treatment Head, which is compatible to be used interchangeably with the standard red light head. The Clear+ head utilized blue light technology that clears existing breakouts while preventing future ones. I love having both the interchangeable heads for dramatic anti-acne, anti-aging results. Tanda also makes more cost-effect and portable options such as the Tanda Zap & Tanda Power Zap.

Pearly White Teeth – we have seen an explosion of whitening products , but not too many professional-grade take-home devices. My all time favorite fast at-home whitening is the Pearl Brilliant White. This system will get your teeth 10x whiter in as little as 5 days, and results last for roughly 3 months. They also make the Pearl Gentle White for those who are sensitivity prone, but would like a whiter smile. I tested out the Brilliant White with no sensitivity issues. My husband tried out the Gentle White and experienced just as fabulous results! I am in love with both.

Luscious Lips – full lips have been a hot commodity for the past 5+ years; but until recently our two most popular options have been lip-plumping glosses or the much more expensive dermal fillers. However, more recently lip exfoliants have become a hot topic for their ability to plump lips, and prep them to better absorb our moisturizing products. One of my favorite lip exfoliators is Bliss' Pout-O-Matic Lip-Perfecting System. This brush and scrub duo helps to gently but effectively buff away dead skin, prepping your lips for any of your favorite colors or treatments to follow. This was a lip-saving product for me this past fall/winter, the seasons when my lips are usually incredibly chapped.

Soft Heels – If you are a sandal lover , you are going to want to keep your feet looking their very best. If you are a shoe lover; well, I still suggest keeping your feet in tip-top shape. Clarisonic recently launched a newer system called the Pedi Sonic Foot Transformation System, and I absolutely love it! This product helps to buff away dead skin and prepares your feet/heels for whatever moisturizing product you want to slather on after. The brush frequency and brush head have been specifically designed for the skin around your feet and heels, which makes it a much more targeted treatment. With that in mind, it is important for users not to use this particular Clarisonic device on their face or body, as it was designed specifically for the feet.

Full Hair– I see so many Beauty Mates who wish there was a solution for their thinning hair. Many people are either too embarrassed to seek out in-office treatments, while others simply don't want to shell out the money for treatments. Thanks to the Nutraluxe MD Hair Active Laser Comb, you can achieve fuller, thicker, healthier hair in the comfort of your own home! This fabulous product utilizes low-level laser energy to help stimulate the follicles and stop hair loss. This product also helps to increase the thickness of existing hairs, deliver nutrients & vitamins to the scalp, repair damaged hair, add bounce and shine to your hair, and much more.
