How Do You Use SkinMedica AHA/BHA Exfoliating Cleanser?
After getting your face slightly damp, apply a small amount of AHA/BHA Exfoliating Cleanser to the tips of your fingers. Then, add a little bit of water and begin to exfoliate in a gentle, circular motion. You may use this as often as you like. Adding this exfoliating cleanser to your skin care regimen will greatly rid your skin of wrinkles and enhance skin texture. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse eyes thoroughly with water.
Can AHA and BHA Damage Skin?
Since these are both potent exfoliants, they can do a lot of beneficial things to your skin. However, if they are used too frequently or in too large amounts, they can dry out your skin and cause irritation. This is where the phrase, "Less is More" comes into practice.
Can I Use a BHA Exfoliant Every Day?
While it's safe to use a beta-hydroxy acid (BHA) exfoliant on a daily basis, you don't want to use it excessively. Maybe start off with using it a few times a week and increase your usage from there, unless you are told otherwise by an expert or dermatologist.
