How to Apply

Use a damp cotton pad to apply a small amount of Bioelements Makeup Dissolver Perfected to affected areas.  Wipe the pad downward on closed eyelids, and rinse away.  Use it over the entire surface of the face before cleansing the skin to loosen makeup and provide a deeper cleanse.  Use extra cotton pads as needed to ensure complete removal of stubborn makeup.
