How to Apply
Apply La Bella Donna Eye Pencils after applying La Bella Donna Mineral Eyeshadow and Mascara. If desired, soften the tip by holding it between your thumb and forefinger. Then smoothly draw a line as close to the top eyelash as possible. Repeat with the lower lash line. Do not press too hard; let the pencil do the work.
