How to Apply

• Simply apply the shimmery side of the Youngblood Eye-Illuminating duo to the inner and outer corners of the eyes and brow bone, to highlight the shape, color and size of your eyes.  Or, apply the matte side of the Youngblood Eye-Illuminating  duo to the inner rims of the eyes to create a glowing effect.  A sweep of color on the crease of the lids creates depth and dimension.  Your eyes are your palette to color and emphasize as you please.
