Directions for Use

Start with clean dry nails.  Apply a base coat and follow with an initial coat of Young Nails It's Never Too Early nail color.  Allow the first coat to dry and apply the second coat.  Once the second coat dries apply a finishing coat to seal the color and add shine.  The final coat also fortifies the nail color making it stronger and less likely to fade and chip.
