Mesmerize Mascara is formulated WITHOUT Carbon Black, Petroleum, Formaldehyde, Thimerosal, Propylene Glycol, Retinyl Acetate, FD&C pigments, parabens, nanoparticles, fillers, irradiated pigments and 1400+ banned ingredients.

How To Use
