How to Use

Before getting started, grab your shade guide to match-up your starting shade and mark it with a pen.

Step 1) 1 Minute - Activating Rods

Snap the blue top off. The black line should stay in the tube. Place the botton end of the cotton wand inside the tube and gently push the black line down, allowing the activating gel to be absorbed by the swab. Using the swab, rub the gel across all of your teeth. Once activating gel is applied, proceed with Step #2.

Step 2) 2 Minutes - Whitening Toothpaste & Whitening Accelerator

Place a pearl size drop of the Whitening Toothpaste and Whitening Accelerator on your dry toothbrush. Brush in a circular motion for 2 minutes. Once your mouth is thoroughly brushed, rinse with water!

Step 3) 30 Seconds - Pre-Rinse

Use a teaspoon amount of the Whitening Pre-Rinse and swish for 30 seconds. For sensitive gums, dilute with water.

Step 4) 2 Minutes - Repeat Step 2
