The Solution To Your Skin Issue!

Have you ever wondered how the models on magazine covers look so wonderful? Their skin looks flawless and well… perfect. Ladies, the truth is, there is no such thing as perfect skin. The magazines use retouches to cover up skin problems to make their look “flawless”. Models have skin problems like acne, fine lines, and dull skin; they just can easily cover it all up with the help of world-class makeup artists. No wonder we see a vast difference in their pictures with and without makeup! Everybody has skin issues, so these tips will be helpful for all of us.

Dry / Dull Skin: For dry and dull skin, apply moisturizers that contain the amazing ingredient glycerin. Glycerin is a potent humectant that draws water from the atmosphere into the outer layers of the skin. In non-technical terms, it keeps your skin moist and hydrated (we all need this)! This product is even great for rough and damaged skin!

Blackheads, Pimples, Whiteheads: For blackheads, whiteheads, and pimples: use benzoyl peroxide regularly. I wash my face with this active-fighting ingredient daily. Please, please start your skin off with a lower concentration of peroxide and increase slowly. . A wash that is 5 or 10 percent will work fine. After using benzoyl peroxide, rinse properly. Use regularly for a couple of weeks to see the positive effect. Next, I like to use a toner that contains salicylic acid. Salicylic acid will aid in removing the dry dead skin that clogs our pores. Also, these toners will reduce inflammation. When I have a bothersome breakout, I like to use an acne spot treatment. This will ensure that the rest of my skin does not become dry.

Fine Lines: Lines and wrinkles… be gone! Retinol, which is a form of Vitamin A, reduces our unwanted fine lines and wrinkles. If you try a cream with retinol as an active ingredient, you have a lesser chance of an allergic reaction than products without retinol. Treatments with retinol even contain antioxidants and polyphenols extracted from coffee berries or green tea to help prevent wrinkles. They will also stimulate your production of collagen, which makes the skin look healthy and firmer (who wouldn’t want that)!
