Return Policies:

If you wish to return a product, please call or email us, and we will issue you an RMA # for your return. Skin Care by Alana abides by the policy of each manufacturer it sells, meaning, if the company you are purchasing does not accept returns, than Skin Care By Alana does not accept the return. Products may be returned within 15 days of purchase only. Products must be returned unopened and in re-sellable condition in order to receive a full refund. Shipping on any return is at consumer cost. All returns and refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Skin Care by Alana will not issue refund or credit or exchange until product is received and reviewed. Products that are returned and unopened and in re-sellable condition after 15 days may be returned for credit or exchange only. • 1. Slow down! Don’t stress! Make time for yourself! Stress causes hormonal fluctuations and increased oil production, which may result in troubled skin.

  3. Follow a basic routine of cleansing, scrubbing, moisturizing/hydrating, and protecting daily with good facial products. Avoid the drugstore/preservatives!
