• 1. Slow down! Don’t stress! Make time for yourself! Stress causes hormonal fluctuations and increased oil production, which may result in troubled skin.
  2. Apply one of my high quality good-for-your-skin Sunscreens, Like Epicuren Zinc Oxide SPF 20, after your moisturizer everyday!
  3. Follow a basic routine of cleansing, scrubbing, moisturizing/hydrating, and protecting daily with good facial products. Avoid the drugstore/preservatives!
  4. Careful not to touch your face, or other areas of concern like chest and neck and even your back too much. Keep phones, pillows, makeup brushes, etc clean.
