  • 1. Slow down! Don’t stress! Make time for yourself! Stress causes hormonal fluctuations and increased oil production, which may result in troubled skin.
    2. Apply one of my high quality good-for-your-skin Sunscreens, Like Epicuren Zinc Oxide SPF 20, after your moisturizer everyday!
    3. Follow a basic routine of cleansing, scrubbing, moisturizing/hydrating, and protecting daily with good facial products. Avoid the drugstore/preservatives!
    4. Careful not to touch your face, or other areas of concern like chest and neck and even your back too much. Keep phones, pillows, makeup brushes, etc clean. Some of my toners and moisturizers can help form a protective barrier for your skin to help combat blemishes, such as the Bioelements equalizer.
    5. Drink water plenty of water, this will help keep your skin hydrated and clear. No duh, right?
    6. Exercise at least 3 days a week. This helps eliminate toxins from within the skin, and decreases stress.
    7. Eat plenty of fresh vegetables, fruit and raw nuts. Research shows that eating a good diet results in the appearance of blemish-free, luminous skin.

    9. Take your daily vitamins. Vitamins C, A, D, and E especially help maintain good skin.
